Today, I had the good fortune of discovering the delightful Junior’s Roasted Coffee. It’s a cozy shop that was converted from an old gas station. The interior is spacious and the coffee was really great. This would be an easy place to see myself doing some remote work. I’ll definitely be back!

My daughter just told me that her old college roommate just had her position eliminated because of the madness in our capital. She worked doing humanitarian aid for a truly noble cause. We will be judged by how we took care of the widows and orphans.

The original Albina Press appears to be fairly unchanged since they opened. It’s an older, but comfortable space with a decent amount of seating. Their coffee is spot on, however, which must be one of the reasons they have survived over the years. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
