In Dallas today. Classic Texas BBQ with Dr Pepper of course.
Flour Bloom is a super hip, quite roomy, and very busy coffee shop right at the intersection of MLK and Burnside. Pretty decent coffee and good baked goods make this a pleasant stop. It’s not an area I often frequent, but it’s definitely one of the best in its locality. Checkout that interior!

I often wonder why everyone seems to be ok with the fact that Coca Cola from Mexico is better/has-less-chemicals than Coca Cola from the States. Why is this ok? Restaurants are even up charging for Mexican Coke.
I believe that I am not cool enough for Bastion Coffee. Located in the trendy Mississippi neighborhood, the store was absolutely packed with people. The interior is very small but the coffee is good. I’m not sure how easy it would be to get any work done here, though.
